15 January 2017: On the first day we were kind of late to class, but after talking to the teacher we were assigned into the training group for beginners. The first thing we did was to practice jumping and after we did silent running which was quite easy to do. Once done we had a breaks to drink and rest. After the brake we learnt how to vault jump, we first did the basic vault and learnt how to jump down properly too which was easily to learn how to do. later on we had to roll after the vault jump. When i did the jump and roll i did it wrongly and scratched my shoulder as i never learnt how to do it and the adviser did not teach me how to do so. Once we finished with the vault we did balancing on bars. After trying a bit i was able to walk on the bars while balancing and not falling down. Once we are finished with our activities we would all sit down and relax and mediate, This part was nice and calming. When it was time to go we were introduced to the other people and they were very friendly to us.

22 January 2017: On the second day were a bit late to the class but we were still able to join in to the class. On the second day there were new people to join and many of the new people from the first day was not seen. On the second day my cousin also went to join with the class. The parkour class overall was fun however it always ends with me exhausted and not wanting me to continue. The activities are outdoors so when i was done with the class i would always be covered with dirt and was hard to wash up as the toilet sink sometimes would not work.

3 January 2017: On the fourth day we were split into two groups, doing different things. In our group we were focusing in the rolling techniques. This was hard and tricky for me as i have already troubles doing normal rolls and was even hard doing other special rolls. The place was also comforting as there were lots of mosquito which distracted me from the class. From this lesson i needed to learn and practice more on my rolling and perfect it.

19 February 2017: On the sixth day it was raining very hard at the start of the class and had to wait for the rain to lesson. When the rain is not as strong we continue our lesson. Our practices involves more in excising than parkouring and vault jumping as the place was still wet and itll be dangerous to do parkour in the area. Insted we do more simple practices such as balancing and exercises. This lesson was fun as the rain cooled us as well making it more fresh. However i still need to practice on the exercises and be more custom in doing it.

12 March 2017: On the seventh day the park was still muddy because yesterday there was rain. However we continued on with our training. This day was very tiring for me but i was able to do most of the parkour tricks. My strength today was the silent falling and how to fall properly and my weakness is the rolling after the vault. I was still unable to do the roll and i should perfect and train myself to be able to do the roll.

19 march 2017: The 8th day was one of my favorite classes, it was also one of the larger classes. This day i felt a sense of community and got along with the people in the class. Many of the activities were fun to do such as balancing with your eyes closed. My strength this day was my balancing however my weakness is doing a kong vault and holding on the platform. But overall this day was interesting and fun

9 April 2017: When I first went to parkour we were unable to go through the way we normally would since it was car free day and so we had to walk to the place and surprisingly arrived on time. Today I was able to do better than the past weeks as i see my self able to do longer and more consistent spider man crawls and jogging. However i still have troubles on climbing up on steps and should start practicing more and excersising on upper body strength.
Final Reflection
Doing parkour was really fun and this was mostly due to the community. The community was very kind and we learnt a lot about their lives and let us settle down easily, especially to the new comers like us. This allowed us to easily fit in with the group and helped us to learn more. Additionally I learned a lot of new skills like how to land and different kinds of vaulting. Overall this was a very fun experience and would love to do this again and learn more about the community.
